Just 3 Steps and You're IN!

Step 1: Begin with Clarity

Watch Mari's video on her Clarity technique, how our sentence structure matters, and what that means for what we bring forth into our life.

Step 2: Add Your Creativity

" If you held a crayon as a child, then you are an artist."

"Creativity isn’t an innate quality that someone is born with or without, it’s a choice to participate in creative activity." - Danielle Garner

TAKE THE CHALLENGE!

Use this exercise to become more comfortable in your open ended creativity.

There is a power in creating with your own hand.

Ready?

Reflect

Reflect back on the Clarity Activity and the answers you arrived at during the exercise.

Think

Think of symbols, words, colors and visual depictions that would best represent the answers found during the Clarity Tool exercise.

Listen

Take a moment and close your eyes. Take a deep breath and listen to the first thought that comes to you when you answer the following question:

What is your Ideal Future?

Create your Future with Collage

Materials Needed: Base / Printed Images / Paint / Applicator / Glue / Scissors / Camera Phone

Collect your tools and materials

Your base material can be items such as cardboard, pizza boxes, file folder, cardstock, or printer paper.

Take a selfie with your camera or phone, however you prefer: full body shot, close up, etc. This will be printed later in the project with other items.

Pick your pigment colors

Decide on what color of acrylic paints you want to use. You can find a resource on Color Symbolism below. Choose colors that best represent the feelings you have while living in your ideal future.

Once you have your colors, drop "blobs" of each color in random places on your base. Use gravity to move the pigment around.  Take your chosen applicator and blend the colors together.

Tip: You can do things like thin the paint with water, or drip rubbing alcohol while it is still wet to create interesting texture.

Continue to the next step once your base is dry.

Print your collage elements

Use the resource button below to search stock images that will help you find photographic imagery. Maybe the perfect landscape which you want to live? Maybe its a photo of a specific proffession?

You can mix photography with other clip art type symbols.

For artistic symbols, brainstorm keywords that you could put into google to find a corresponding visual symbol. For example: What symbol represents Freedom? Freedom being a keyword from the Clarity technique. Or maybe you see Peace in your ideal future.

Using Google Docs or any other document creation program, write out quotes or words that can help express your ideal future further.

Once you have your images and text saved, include the selfie you took earlier in the project and print out copies.

Tip: You can print in normal color, black and white or on glossy paper! If you choose B&W add some color with markers or colored pencils!

Cut out and arrange your elements

Cut out your images in different ways. Rip and cut shapes from the larger photographic imagery.

Place the symbols and imagery on the base. Take your printed out selfie and cut out pieces of your body. Seperate your eyes, mouth, hands, and or body, depending on the style of picture you took. Arrange the pieces. Move them around, play with the composition.

Once you like how it is arranged, glue those pieces down.

Step 3: Submit your project

Take a picture of your completed project and send it to us to be a part of the collective energy artwork! Please wait until you see the Success Message at the bottom of the page to know it went through!

Help us spread our message and tools! We want to create programs for children and hold clarity retreats to help the world vibrate with high frequency and clear intentions.
